Islamic terrorists in Mozambique with links to the Islamic State have beheaded over 50 people on a football pitch before mutilating and dismembering their bodies in yet another horrific act of Islamist barbarism.
The victims of the Islamic militants were defenceless civilians, some of whom were Muslims, kidnapped from a village as they attempted to flee violence and their numbers included numerous women and children.
The Islamic State linked savages went on to burn down the village from which they kidnapped their victims.
The bloodcurdling screech of “Allahu akbar” (Allah is great) could be heard amongst the cowardly murderers who also attacked another nearby town after the massacre killing yet more defenceless villagers the BBC reported.
Mozambique has seen an increasing number of Muslim terror attacks and atrocities and it is estimated that as many as 4,000 Muslim terrorists are thought to be fighting against Mozambique’s government and other groups as the Islamists try to establish a caliphate.
The Times reported that a Mozambique police chief said in relation to the attack:
“They burnt the houses then went after the population who had fled to the woods and started with their macabre actions.”
