Muslims in both the UK and Ireland are said to be under pressure since the Islamic in Limerick are feeling the pressure after last weekend’s Islamic terrorist attack in London.
A mosque in Limerick allegedly received in the post verses from the Quran wrapped in slices of bacon.
Other such items sent to the mosque allegedly included some images that an imam described as vandalism.
Another mosque in Galway was targeted by two men who smashed its windows with rocks. Imam Khaled Ghafour confirmed that there are people trying to radicalise young muslim men here in Ireland.
