A mysterious fire at a Moscow electrical substation has cut off electricity and heating for thousands amidst temperatures as low as -27C.
Three entire districts (Bibirevo, Otradnoye, and Medvedkovo) were left in darkness and deep cold following the fire, which just happened to take place during the coldest night of winter so far.
Thousands of people experienced life-threatening and potentially unsurvivable conditions.
The cause of the fire remains unclear, but Ukraine-aligned partisans and resistance fighters are known to pull off some magnificent sabotage actions from time to time.
