Buses are running as normal across the capital today, but further strikes are scheduled for the coming week.
Negotations between the two sides seem to be at a standstill, and no solution appears to be within sight.
This morning, NBRU’S Dermot O’Leary has said that “At this stage people are very, very frustrated after six days and heading into another three days, people are very frustrated.
“But the one thing bus drivers will tell you is that they want this dispute resolved immediately and they didn’t want to go on strike in the first place.
“So the resolve that is there to settle the dispute is similar to the resolve that is there to see it out to the bitter end.”
