A new legislation to allow indoor dining for fully vaccinated people is expected to go before the Dail next week.
According to RTE News, the amendment to the 1947 Public Health Act will allow fully vaccinated to dine indoors from July 26th.
It is understood that the temporary legislation would expire once the vast majority of the public are fully vaccinated.
RTE News reports that the Government hope to have full approval before it moves on to the Seanad.
