New study shows that Dublin is the 14th most congested city in the world




A new survey has found that Dublin is the 14th most congested city in the world.

According to new figures published by The Tom Tom Traffic Index, the Irish capital is the 6th most congested city in Europe.

The study which surveyed 403 cities across the globe also found that people travelling through Dublin spend 45% longer travelling than should do, with an average 30 minute trip lasting 56 minutes.

Figures revealed that Mumbai was the most congested city, in the world followed by Bogota and Lima.

Meanwhile Moscow, Istanbul and Bucharest are the most congested cities in Europe.
