A new study has revealed that women who have bigger backsides and larger thighs, give birth to smarter and healthier children.
According to Sciencetimes.com researchers at the University of Pittsburgh, women who have higher fat content in their thighs and buttocks give birth to smarter children as the high fat content is significant in a baby’s brain development.
Scientists say the reason for this is down to the fact that the fatty acids rich in Omega 3 are stored in the lower half of a woman’s body and in turn are passed on to the baby once she breastfeeds.
The research also concluded that breast milk lipids which aid brain development generally comes from the mothers thighs and therefore the higher fat content in a woman’s thighs will produce more of these lipids.
