Time is fast running out for summer this year, as Met Eireann has forecast more heavy rain for this weekend.
Heavy, thundery showers will become widespread by this afternoon, and the outlook for Sunday is not much better.
The only positive news is that temperatures will remain mild enough, reaching just below 20C at times.
