Not happy! Fianna Fail party members call for Micheal Martin to step aside as party leader

Things are looking very very bad for Micheal Martin these days and it’s not just because of the pandemic or the economy on the brink on disaster.

The Taoiseach Micheal Martin is reportedly facing growing pressure as a group of party members are calling for him to be replaced as party leader.

According to The Irish Independent, the group of Fianna Fail members from Slane, Co Meath, are calling for change as they feel they need someone who will lead the way forward.

The Irish Independent reports that the call has been published in a letter that has been shared with fellow party members.

It is reported that the group are looking for someone who can lead the way forward and help the party reclaim its identity as well as deal with what they describe as their devious Government partners.
