An explosion at the Spanish town of Premia de Mar in Barcelona has left one person dead and at least 14 injured, some of them seriously.
The cause of the blast is not yet known. It happened at 8:15am local time, and it caused a conflagration that resulted in the urgent evacuation of the building.
Several fire fighting units and other emergency services are at the scene.
