Gardai are this morning investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in his 30s after a stabbing incident in Arklow, Co. Wicklow, early on Bank Holiday Monday.
The incident happened in the Crescent, Meadowvale area of Arklow shortly after midnight. The victim was rushed to hospital but died a short time later.
A man in his 40s has been arrested in connection with the stabbing.
