One person has been left in a critical condition in hospital following a collision between a car and a motorcycle in Co. Kildare overnight.
The incident happened on the R418 at Fontstown Cross, between Athy and Kilcullen, at around 9.30pm on Friday evening.
A male in his 20s, believed to be the motorcyclist, sustained serious injuries.
