Great news on the jobs front this morning, as accountancy firm PwC and software giant Microsoft have announced plans to recruit over 600 new staff.
PwC will take on 500 people over the next year, while Microsoft plans to recruit 100 staff, as well as 60 interns.
The new positions are in international tax and financial services, and also in cyber security and regulatory compliance.
The roles at Microsoft include service, process and software engineers, data analytics experts, programme managers, finance experts, channel and technical account management, device demand planners, supply chain experts, operations, sales and marketing.
All the jobs will be based in Dublin.
