A black panther seen prowling around rooftops in France was safely recovered by a vet team.
The incident happened in the northern town of Armentieres, near Lille.
The animal had been seen pacing around rooftops in the town for some time. A specialist team managed to tranquilise the animal and safely remove it.
It’s not known where the panther came from, as there have been no reports of animal escapes in the area.
