Penneys has unveiled a brand-new customer app that enables users to browse the retailer’s latest fashion trends and explore the selection of products available across its Irish stores, reports The Mirror.
Now available for download via the Apple Store and Google Play Store, the app provides an engaging browsing experience that allows customers to easily scroll through Penneys’ trendiest styles and fashion inspiration.
A key feature of the app is the popular stock checker tool, which allows shoppers to instantly find out if the retailer’s sought-after items are in stock at their nearest location, reports The Mirror.
This real-time stock checker uses a colour-coded system to show if an item is available, running low, sold out, or not carried in a specific store.
Customers can also make shopping plans in advance by using the favourites tool, which enables them to save their preferred items for a future trip to Penneys, reports The Mirror.
There is also a store locator built into the app, giving users quick access to store hours and directions. Additionally, customers can opt in to receive tailored notifications about new arrivals, collection drops, and exclusive news.

The Penneys customer app officially launches today (Tuesday, August 5) in both Ireland and Italy. Shoppers can now download it by visiting the Apple Store or Google Play Store and searching for Primark/Penneys.
