People living near Dart and Luas stops reportedly pay up to 15% more in rent than those who live elsewhere

If you’re lucky (or unlucky, depending on your point of view) to live near a Dart or Luas stop in Dublin, you might be paying up to 15% more in rent than people who live in other parts of the city.

Rents for those living along the Green Line pay an average of €2,383, while those residing along the Red Line are forced to fork out an average of €2,189 every month.

Dublin remains one of the most expensive capital cities in Europe by far.
