People outraged with Ticketmaster as Coldplay tickets sees long queues

People have been giving off on social media about trying to get tickets for Coldplay on Ticketmaster saying they were queueing for hours trying to obtain some tickets for next year’s gigs.

Coldplay have announced a fourth concert at Croke Park in Dublin in 2024 as part of their Music of the Spheres world tour, reports RTE.

The concert will take place on September 2 next year, and pre-sales will start as soon as the concert is announced.

Pre-sales for the group’s other shows in Dublin, scheduled for August 29, 30 and September 1, went live this morning.

In a social media post, the MCD promoter said: “Due to incredible demand, 3rd & 4th Coldplay Music Of The Spheres World Tour dates have been added on [sic] 1st & 2nd September 2024 at Croke Park in Dublin!” reports RTE.

Frustrated fans took to social media to voice their dissatisfaction with the pre-sale process for shows, where demand exceeded supply as expected.

Tickets for all four concerts will go on sale to the general public on Friday, July 28 at 10:00, reports RTE.
