The Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly has confirmed that pharmacies will be involved with the Covid-19 vaccine roll-out beginning from next month.
Speaking about the roll of pharmacies, Donnelly said the changes come as some places are further away from vaccination centres.
Donnelly”s comments come as the Department of Health confirmed that the vaccine portal for 40 to 45 year old’s later this week.
It is understood that the portal will open for 44 year olds today and will go down through the age cohort until Sunday.
