Almost everyone has a photograph or two they really dislike which manages to appear every now and again much to our embarrassment and most us see the funny side of those awful photographs, however one Austrian woman is going the extra mile to make sure she is never embarrassed again as she is taking her parents to court for posting embarrassing photos of her to their 700 friends on Facebook.
The 18 year od woman who is clearly annoyed by her parents actions has become global news after she filed for a lawsuit against her parents for violating her privacy.
According to Austrian media outlets the two parents are alleged to have shared over 500 images of their daughter during her childhood, resulting in the duo facing serious criminal charges.
The young woman and her defence team are allegedly claiming that distribution of the childhood snaps caused her a great amount of distress after they were shared numerous of times on the social media website.
The distressed woman also gave a statement to Austrian newspaper The Local, saying “Every stage was photographed and then made public. I’m tired of not being taken seriously by my parents.”
