Planning permission has been granted for an almost 300-home development in Co. Cork.
The development, which will be sited on the outskirts of Mallow, will include 185 houses and 114 apartments.
The houses comprise a mix of two-, three- and four-bed, semi-detached, townhouse, and terraced units, while the apartments will be contained in two four-storey buildings.
