Plans to slaughter 200,000 Irish cows to meet emission reductions “not final policy” Dep of Agriculture says as critics describe it as “national self-sabotage”

In a proposed policy that many are describing as a would-be act of “national self-sabotage” the government are still considering a cull of 200,000 cattle in the country in order to meet Ireland’s “emission reduction” targets.

After shock and anger the Department of Agriculture clarified that the report calling for a 200,000 reduction in dairy cows was only a “modelling document” and not “final policy” the Irish Mirror reported.

A spokesperson for the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine said: “The Paper referred to was part of a deliberative process – it is one of a number of modelling documents considered by the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine and is not a final policy decision.

“As part of the normal work of Government Departments, various options for policy implementation are regularly considered.”

The slaughter of Ireland’s dairy cow heard upon the alter of the climate cult would come at the same time as swathes of forests continue to be cleared in places such as South America in order for cattle heards to be increased by millions.

Many critics have said these globalist policies are designed to drive farmers from the land as was seen recently in The Netherlands, where tens of thousands of farmers will see themselves driven from their land under the EU’s emission reduction dictates.
