
Police in the UK have arrested a man on suspicion of causing Grevious Bodily Harm after he fell on top of a woman at busy shopping centre.
According to Metro.co.uk, the man who was also injured in the fall at Westfield in Stratford, East London, was arrested in hospital after the woman sustained life altering injuries.
It is understood the man aged in his 20s was charged with GBH and reckless endangerment following the incident which occurred on Wednesday afternoon.
Police say they were alerted to the incident after man fell from an upper floor level and landed on top of the women who was standing below.
They also say both individuals remain in hospital, but niether suffered any life-threatening injuries.
It is not yet known how the incident occurred, but officers say an investigation into the incident is currently ongoing.
