Police authorities’ in New York have confirmed that five Argentinian nationals are amongst dead in last nights devastating terrorist attack.
The news of the their deaths was also confirmed by the Argentina foreign ministry who released the following statement: “The Argentine government expresses its sincere condolences for the death of Argentine citizens Hernán Diego Mendoza, Diego Enrique Angelini, Alejandro Damián Pagnucco, Ariel Erlij and Hernán Ferruchi, which occurred as a result of the dramatic terrorist attack in New York this afternoon.”
“Also, Martin Ludovico Marro is hospitalised at the Presbyterian hospital of Manhattan recovering from injuries suffered, out of danger according to the official medical report.”
It is understood the group who were from the city of Rosario, were in New York to celebrate their 30th anniversary of their graduation when they were tragically killed.
