According to reports this morning a Belfast man is in serious condition in hospital after he was shot in an alleyway in the city last night.
The PSNI say the 33-year-old suffered serious injuries in the attack which occurred in the north of the city on yesterday evening. According to a police spokeswoman: “The male believed to be 33 has been taken to hospital after being shot in an alleyway off Elmfield Street in north Belfast.”
“Inspector Paul Noble has said the man has suffered serious injuries and we are appealing for anyone with information to contact police on 101.
