
Police authorities in Finland have revealed the teenager who carried out several stabbings in Turku on Friday, deliberately targeted women.
The news comes after two Finnish nationals were killed and eight were wounded in the attack which seen the attacker being shot in the leg and taken into police custody.
Police say the suspect is an 18-year-old Moroccan who had arrived in Finland in 2016 as an asylum seeker.
They also say they believe the attack is terror related.
