Police in the UK have confirmed an investigation is underway after a man was tragically killed in an explosion at defence firm factory on Friday.
It is believed the man was killed whilst another man was critically injured in the explosion at the plant which is located just outside Salisbury.
Although the incident is not being treated as suspicious, police say they along with health and safety authorities are investigating the incident which occurred at the Chemring Countermeasures factory on Friday evening.
The factory manufactures equipment that protects both military aircraft and sea crafts.
