A murder investigation is underway into the death of a woman in Portadown, County Armagh.
Emergency services responded shortly after 2am to reports of a house fire on Church Street, near the town centre, reports RTE.
A 37-year-old woman died on the spot in the accident.

Police said several residents had to be evacuated from their homes due to the fire, reports RTE.
A cordon has been laid around the house and forensic officers are present at the spot.
Detective Chief Inspector Rachel Wilson said: “Our investigation continues and I am appealing to anyone with information, or who witnessed anything untoward, to please get in touch. Likewise, if you have captured dashcam footage, please contact officers on 101 quoting reference number 92 of 21/03/23,” reports RTE.
