Many people believe political correctness is getting out of hand and singer Sam Smith has now been included in that conversation.
Singer Sam Smith has demanded that he be referred to as THEY/THEM because he doesn’t consider himself a man or a woman.
Smith, 27, who previously suggested that he doesn’t identify as either gender early this year confirmed their decision in a post on Instagram.
In the post Smith said: I’ve decided I am changing my pronouns to THEY/THEM.
“After a lifetime of being at war with my gender I’ve decided to embrace myself for who I am, inside and out.”
“I’m excited to surrounded by people who support me and my decision, but I have been very announcing this as I care what people think but f**k it.”
