It’s the talk of social media this weekend – Car owners who allow learner drivers to use their vehicle will face fines or possibly even jail time.
Thanks to Minister for Transport Shane Ross, car owners who allow learner drivers to use their vehicle will face fines of up to €1,000 and possibly even jail time.
Ross says the new laws will save lives – some social media aren’t sure how he came up with that idea.
