Pope Francis calls on people of different faiths to come together – in annual Christmas message

Pope Francis has called in the world to reconcile and put aside its differences despite having different beliefs and faiths and asked people around the world to pray for an end to the pandemic.

In his annual Christmas Day message at St Peters Square, Pope Francis said that God was a good father and we are all brothers and sisters.

Pope Francis who was speaking before a socially distanced audience also said that the world’s best laid plans would be soulness unless everyone came and stuck together, especially this year of all years.

The Pope also called for peace amongst those in war torn regions and those involved should put aside their partisan interests in order to find a peaceful and political solution.
