A man in his 60s has died following a road crash in Co Galway, reports Breaking News.
The incident involved a single vehicle and occurred shortly after 10.30pm on Friday on a local road in the Blackacre area of Tuam.
The driver was transported by ambulance to University Hospital Galway, where he was later pronounced dead, reports Breaking News.
The local coroner has been informed, and a postmortem examination is being arranged.
The road remains closed as a technical examination of the scene is carried out, reports Breaking News.
