Potholes have reportedly been deemed so bad in an Irish city that it should be a job for army engineers to repair them.

Some potholes across some areas of mid and northwest Cork city are classified as too dangerous, so a local councilor says that the army should be called.

According to local authorities, there are now fewer workers available to repair potholes.
