Powerful explosions have reportedly derailed a freight train and destroyed a main power line in Russia, with partisan activity strongly suspected.
The train derailed in the Bryansk region, which borders Ukraine and Belarus.
The power line was destroyed near St. Petersburg, the ailing Russian President Vladimir Putin’s hometown.
Saboteurs and resistance fighters have become extremely active across Russia and occupied Ukrainian territory over the past few weeks, targeting key infrastructure and railways to disrupt the movement of Russian assets to the frontlines.
