Britain’s Prince Charles has accepted a £1million payment from Osama bin Laden’s family, it has been reported.

According to the Sunday Times, Prince Charles got the money from Bakr bin Laden, the patriarch of the wealthy Saudi family, and his brother Shafiq, both half-brothers of the former al-Qaeda leader.

Clarence House firmly denies many of the claims, saying the decision to accept the donation to its charity, the Prince of Wales Charity Fund (PWCF), was made solely by the trustees.

However, it’s been reported that Prince Charles, 73, reportedly had a private meeting with Bakr, 76, at Clarence House in London on October 30, 2013, two years after US special forces killed Osama bin Laden in Pakistan.

A major damage control process is currently underway as the Royal family continue to try and shine for the public’s view.
