After an unprecedented leak revealed that the United States Supreme Court plans to overturn the 1973 Roe V Wade ruling which determine abortion to be a constitutional right, authorities have been forced to erect protective barricades around the court in Washington DC.
Within an hour of the leak being made public by Politico, protestors had already gathered outside the court to demand the five Justices backing the ruling refrain from returning decision making authority on abortion back to the individual states.
It is thought that at least 18 states would automatically make abortion illegal when Roe V Wade is overturned with several others likely to follow in the coming months.
This massive win for the pro-life movement in the United States comes as progressives in some Democrat controlled states such as California move forward with even more radical pro-abortion legislation allowing the killing of babies up to birth and even possibly beyond.
