Public not happy that Mohammad Al Shaker Al Tamimi is getting taxpayer-funded full psychological assessment




Many people on social media are saying that it’s a complete misuse of their hard-earned cash.

The immigrant accused of murdering his own daughter during a row about her mother’s social media use, Mohammad Al Shaker Al Tamimi is to receive a full psychological assessment, paid for by the Irish taxpayer.

It would make your blood boil hearing the details emerging from what happened in Wexford last Sunday night.

In a row that allegedly started over her mother’s social media use, 8-yr-old Malika Al Kattib died trying to protect her mother from Mohamma Al Shaker Al Tamimi.

A man, believed to be a Muslim immigrant, has appeared in court charged with the murder of an 8-yr-old girl and the attempted murder of her mother in County Wexford.

Malika Al Kattib died following an incident at her home in New Ross on Sunday night. Her mother, Aisha Al Kattib, was also injured during the incident and was hospitalized with injuries that are not life-threatening.

The accused, 34-year-old Mohammad Al Shaker Al Tamimi, who resides on Lower William Street in New Ross, was brought before Gorey District Court this evening. Detective Garda Donal Doyle provided evidence regarding the arrest, charge, and caution of Mr. Al Tamimi, reports RTE.

Det. Garda Doyle informed the court that he arrested Mr. Al Tamimi at University Hospital Waterford and charged him shortly after 5 PM today. He has been charged with the murder of Malika Al Kattib and the attempted murder of Aisha Al Kattib. According to Det. Garda Doyle, the accused did not respond to the charges.

RTE rportst that Judge Kevin Staunton remanded Mr. Al Tamimi in custody to appear before Wexford District Court via video link on Monday, December 9. Judge Staunton also ordered that Mr. Al Tamimi undergo a psychological evaluation. An Arabic interpreter was present to translate the court proceedings for Mr. Al Tamimi.
