A state of emergency near ground zero in Manhattan, New York erupted after a truck ploughed into a group of pedestrians killing eight people and leaving at least fifteen people with horrific injuries.
The truck drove off the road onto a bike path and hit many people before crashing into a school bus but luckily no kids were injured.
Saipov left a note pledging his ISIS loyalty.
