Islamic extremist organization ISIS has released a video issuing threats of more Islamic terrorist attacks against the British city of Manchester.
The footage features a jihadist fighter, a depiction of a dead body in the background, and the statement ‘We will fulfill our promise to you.’
The video was released to coincide with the first anniversary of the Manchester Arena massacre, where 22 people died after a suicide bomber detonated an explosive device at the end of an Ariana Grande concert.
