Such were the deranged words of former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, a stand-in for Vladimir Putin from 2008 to 2012.
In his delusion, Mr. Medvedev added that Russian troops are ‘fighting crazy Nazi drug addicts’ in Ukraine.
