A range of ice cream products sold in Tesco, SuperValu, and Dunnes is being recalled due to the presence of a toxic substance.
The products affected are Haagen-Dazs Belgian Chocolate, Cookies and Cream, Pralines and Cream, and Duo Belgian Chocolate and Strawberry Crunch.
These products have been found to contain 2-Chloroethanol, a byproduct of ethylene oxide, which is banned in foodstuffs in the European Union.
Check out the point-of-sale notices for details on the batches affected.
