A recent survey claims that up to 2,000 pubs might close down for good by next year if lockdown restrictions continue.
Currently, pubs that do not serve food are supposed to re-open this day next week, but that’s still far from certain as the coronavirus situation has grown steadily worse over the past few weeks.
It is understood that 1,539 publicans took part in the survey.
