Ahead of the fourteenth anniversary of Esra Uyrun’s abduction from Dublin, the GardaĆ are reiterating their call for information, reports RTE.
When Ms. Uyrun vanished from her Clondalkin residence, she was 38 years old.
On February 23, 2011, she was last seen leaving her home on Collinstown Grove at around 7:15 a.m, reports RTE.
Ms. Uyrun departed in the family vehicle, a grey Renault Twingo with registration number 08-D-23067, which was subsequently discovered on Bray, County Wicklow’s promenade.
She is said to be 1.62 meters (5 feet 3 inches) tall, with green eyes and black hair. She was dressed in a dark shirt, white Nike trainers and black leggings when she was last spotted, reports RTE.
The location of Ms. Uyrun is still unknown, according to the GardaĆ, after a thorough investigation that included many searches conducted by the DMR West and Wicklow Divisional Search Teams with assistance from the Garda Technical Bureau.
Ms. Uyrun’s family and the GardaĆ are looking for her and are urging anybody who might help with the inquiry to come forward, reports RTE.
They are urging anyone with information to get in touch with the investigating team, regardless of how trivial it may sound.
Anyone with information should call any garda station, the Garda Confidential Line at 1800 666 111, or Ronanstown Garda Station at 01 666 7700, reports RTE.
