A report just published shows that over 6,660 abortion procedures were done in Ireland in 2019.
A total of 6,666 abortions were carried out, with the majority of them (6,542) done on pregnancies of less than 12 weeks.
The majority of terminations (2,493) were performed in the Dublin area.
