The left wing media and social media commentators really are stooping to a new low which involves scraping underneath the barrel never mind the bottom of it.
Yesterday in the Oval Office of the White House when President Donald Trump was on a phone call to the newly “elected” Taoiseach Leo Varadkar, he saw the Irish media contingent, namely RTE’s Caitriona Perry, and called her over.
As he did so, she sheepishly walked over, nervously smiling and telling President Trump who she was and that she works for RTE.
President Trump, who it must be said looked quite bored talking to Varadkar and no doubt never even heard of him before he had to call him, smiled at her and said to Varadkar “Caitriona Perry, she has a nice smile on her face” to which Perry smiled and walked away.
What happened next really does beggar complete belief.
The left wing media and online keyboard cowards practically lost their minds over what is being described as “creepy”, “objectifying women” and even “harrassment” – yes, really!
Perry herself tweeted the footage calling it a “bizarre moment”.
One has to ask themselves what the left would have said if Saint Barry O’Bama had done the same thing? Typical hypocrisy.
Political correctness has gotten utterly ridiculous when you can’t innocently say someone has a nice smile.
Have a look at the video below and tell us do you think it’s a harmless comment by Trump or whether it’s “objectifying women” when he complimented her smile.
