There was carnage on the roads today, as seven people, including two children, were injured in a two-vehicle crash.
The accident happened on the R174, Blackgate, Ravensdale, Co. Louth, shortly before 4pm.
Three men, one woman, and two children were rushed to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda for treatment. A woman in her 20s was taken to Beaumont Hospital in Dublin with ‘serious’ injuries.
