The tragic trend of road deaths continues today, after a motorcyclist died as a result of a collision with a car in Lucan, Dublin, yesterday morning.
The incident happened on the N4, near the Ballyowen exit. at around 10.30am.
Gardai have confirmed that a motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, was rushed to hospital but was sadly pronounced dead a short time later. The occupants of the car were not injured.
