Road carnage continues today, following the death of a cyclist in Co. Cork.
The incident happened in the Lower Corkhill Road in Youghal, at around 7pm on Saturday evening, when a cyclist was struck by a car.
The victim, believed to be a man in his 60s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Gardai are appealing for witnesses to contact Youghal Garda station on 024 92200, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.
