RSA marks national road deaths remembrance day for those killed on the roads

Today will see the Road Safety Authority of Ireland mark its annual day of remembrance for those who were killed on the roads, in particular for those killed on the roads in the past year.

It would appear to many that given all the speed traps, garda patrols, speed vans and drink driving laws, that sadly the statistic of road fatalities will continue given how big the population is growing.

The main effort is to try and keep that statistic to the bare minimum in order to preserve as many lives as possible with people encouraged to take as much care on the roads as possible.
