Russian President Vladimir Putin has finally been forced to admit that West-imposed sanctions are crippling the Russian economy.
Following months of denial to save face in front of his people, the ailing President finally had no choice but to admit that sanctions ‘may indeed have a negative impact’ on the country’s economy. This is Kremlin propaganda speak for ‘dire straits .’
As the culprit of those sanctions being imposed in the first place, it may be possible that Mr. Putin’s remaining time in power may indeed be running out.
