Ryanair is currently embroiled in a disastrous mess of cancelled flights affecting an estimated 350,000 people Europe-wide.
According to the airline, the cancellations are due to unused annual leave by pilots, which has caused a massive upset of flight schedules.
Now, the carrier is understood to be offering pilots up to 12,000 if they give up their leave entitlements and work as normal.
Ryanair released a full list of cancelled flights on its website yesterday.
